Please note, the renewal term for the contract is 13 months. Your card will be charged immediately upon submitting your payment information, but the renewed term will not go into effect until the current term expires. 

Contracts terms that have expired cannot be renewed, and your payment will be voided if you proceed. If you would like to purchase a new warranty, please review your Homeowner Direct Warranty options HERE.
