What affect is COVID-19 having on the manufacturing of replacement parts and equipment?

To answer simply COVID has affected many major manufacturers throughout the world. Every major appliance manufacturer including but not limited to: Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and SubZero-Wolf, have announced plant closures for a small period of time, but in some cases plants depending upon local or federal regulations, some have had to close for several months. Additionally, HVAC manufacturers have had similar experiences and have either had to close plants for a period of time or have had to make drastic changes in the number of employees working on the assembly lines.
