Your emergency claim has been submitted. If UHP does not consider your issue to be an emergency, you will be contacted the next business day. If the claim qualifies for emergency service, a contractor or our UHP emergency representative will follow up with you.

If this claim was filed after 12 am, you will most likely not hear from a contractor until after 6 am.
Certain limitations and maximum coverage aggregates may apply. After-hours service fees may be double the cost of normal business hours fees, and the amounts paid for after-hours service will be deducted from the coverage maximum. Please see the list below for the common maximum aggregates, or click HERE to review of full copy of the Universal Home Protection Terms & Conditions. Please also note that if, for any reason, the service does not qualify for warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the full service fee, including the additional overtime charges.
