Emergency Claim

Please note, UHP currently only responds to emergency requests for service such as major plumbing or electrical malfunctions after hours and on weekends. It is the sole discretion of UHP to determine if an emergency exists. Claims for “NO HEAT” do not currently qualify for emergency service. If you would like to pay the additional after hours charges, you can proceed with the emergency request, but you will need to confirm you will pay the additional charges in the claim description.

Consider visiting our Troubleshooting Page before submitting an online claim. Your issue may be something you can easily remedy on your own, potentially saving you time and money! We are happy to send a service truck your way, but as soon as we do, you will be responsible for a deductible charge, and the additional overtime fees will be applied to any applicable coverage limitations. After- hours service may be double the cost of service during normal business hours. If the claim does not qualify for warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the overtime fees in full.
