We are happy to send a service truck your way, but as soon as we do, you will be responsible for a deductible charge, and the additional overtime fees will be applied to any applicable coverage limitations. After- hours service may be double the cost of service during normal business hours. If the claim does not qualify for warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the overtime fees in full.
